Our Lightsview facilities also include an Infrared Sauna, Pilates, Yoga and Childminding facilities.

We also offer (mat) Pilates, multiple Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes and a blissful Friday night Yin yoga class per week.

OUR CRECHE
We understand that balancing exercise and parenting little ones can be challenging, which is why our dedicated creche team provide a nurturing and safe environment for your children to play while you work out.
Whether you're participating in a group fitness class, enjoying our state-of-the-art equipment, or unwinding in our sauna, you can focus on your fitness knowing that your children are well cared for just steps away.
