BODYPUMP is a weights class to make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions this class will gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.  Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe and fun. Adjust your work out to you current fitness levels but starting with light weights, or just the bar.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.  It combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.  Suitable for every fitness level – our instructors will show you ways to adjust your workout to your current fitness level by taking low-impact options.

BODYBALANCE™ is a yoga class that blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  This class will leave you feeling calm and centred.

60:30 is a 45 minute full body circuit workout consisting of strength, cardio and core training to burn calories and build strength. Each exercise can be adjusted to your own fitness levels.

YOGA is a practice that focuses on postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing techniques, relaxation and concentration. Suitable for beginners through to the experienced.

BOXFIT is a cardiovascular focused workout, inspired by training orientated around boxing. This includes, skipping, glove and pad work and boxing drills. Designed to improve your cardio, endurance, coordination and fitness.
